We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@gethomehaven.com with your order number and we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer.

We cover:

• Item never arrived — full refund or reship
• Item arrived damaged — full refund or replacement, no return required
• Wrong item received — full refund or correct item sent
• Not satisfied for any reason — full refund within 30 days

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, though in most cases we will not require you to return the item.
