We know you're excited to get your Homehaven products. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

* Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. During peak periods (holidays, sales events) processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.


Order tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 2–3 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your package's location.


Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at mytelsd@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice.


Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mytelsd@gmail.com. We can only modify the address before your order has been dispatched. Homehaven is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.


Customs & import duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees or import duties levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges before placing your order.
