At Homehaven, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we're here to make it right.

What We Accept

We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns for non-defective items or orders where the customer has changed their mind.

How to Request a Return

If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us at mytelsd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect or damage
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

We will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

You will not be required to return the defective item in most cases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are not defective or damaged
  • Items where a return request is made more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective item and would like a different product, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
